End-User License Agreement

Top Transportation Service Shuttles

Last updated: 21 September 2026

1. This agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Top Transportation Service Shuttles ("TTS", "we", "us") and you, the person using the TTS booking and dispatch application (the "Application"). By using the Application you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Application.

2. What the Application is

The Application is TTS's internal system for quoting charter bus work, issuing service agreements, scheduling vehicles and drivers, and producing invoices. It is provided for use by TTS staff and by TTS customers who have been given access to a quote, service agreement or invoice.

The Application is not sold. It is made available for use in connection with TTS's transportation services.

3. Licence

TTS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for its intended purpose: requesting or reviewing a quote, signing a service agreement, viewing or paying an invoice, or, if you are TTS staff, operating the business.

4. What you may not do

You may not: use the Application other than as described above; attempt to access data belonging to another customer; copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Application; resell or sublicense access; use automated means to extract data; or interfere with the Application's operation or security.

5. Accounts and access links

Some parts of the Application are reached through a private link sent to you by email rather than a password. Treat that link as confidential. Anyone holding it can see, and in some cases sign or pay, the document it points to. Tell us immediately if you believe a link has been shared in error.

TTS staff accounts are individual. Do not share credentials.

6. Your data

TTS collects and uses personal and business information through the Application as described in the TTS Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Information handled through the Application includes contact details, trip details, service agreements and their signatures, invoices, and payment records.

7. Third-party services

The Application connects to third-party services that TTS relies on to operate, including Intuit QuickBooks for accounting and Square for card payments.

Where the Application connects to a QuickBooks company file, it does so only with the account holder's explicit authorisation, and only to read accounting data needed to keep invoice records consistent between the two systems. That authorisation can be withdrawn at any time from within QuickBooks or from within the Application.

Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms. TTS is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. Payments

Card payments are processed by Square. TTS does not store full card numbers. Amounts, due dates and payment terms are as stated on the relevant quote, service agreement or invoice, and those documents govern in the event of any conflict with this Agreement.

9. Availability

TTS aims to keep the Application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Application may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a failure in a third-party service it depends on.

10. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Application.

Nothing in this section limits TTS's obligations under a signed service agreement for transportation services. Those obligations are governed by that agreement, not this one.

12. Changes

TTS may update this Agreement. The current version is always available at this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept it.

13. Termination

TTS may suspend or end your access at any time, including where this Agreement has been breached. You may stop using the Application at any time.

14. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
